Harte-Hanks, E.piphany Extend RelationshipDirect and interactive services company Harte-Hanks and E.piphany Inc., a customer interaction software vendor, will extend their 2-year-old relationship, the companies said yesterday.
Harte-Hanks, San Antonio, will become an application service provider and reseller of E.piphany products. It also will develop E.piphany-based, Harte-Hanks-branded customer relationship management solutions, including applications for midsize companies in selected industries.
E.piphany, San Mateo, CA, also will offer the Harte-Hanks Trillium Software System technology as an integrated option with E.piphany's E.5 technology, providing a one-stop system that combines multisource data integration and data quality.
Harte-Hanks and E.piphany began working together in May 1999 and have provided marketing solutions for the U.S. Postal Service and companies like Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. and the Financial Times.
