Harte-Hanks and Loyalty Lab partner for service offering

Direct and target marketing firm Harte-Hanks and customer management services firm Loyalty Lab have partnered to expand their loyalty and relationship marketing capabilities, particularly in retail markets.

The partnership, announced at the DMA Conference & Exhibition ináChicago, says that Harte-Hanks and Loyalty Lab have access to the services of both firms.

San Francisco-based Loyalty Lab clients such as New York and Company, Brookstone and 1800Flowers will now be able to merge the customer management services with the Harte-Hanks direct services.

In the future, Harte-Hanks may choose to integrate its Postfuture e-mail, data management and Allink suite of database marketing solutions with Loyalty Lab's on-demand platform.
