Hart to serve as Infogroup's next CEO: report

Infogroup's next CEO will be Clare Hart, a former EVP at Dow Jones, if CCMP Capital Advisors' purchase of the company is approved, according to a report in the Omaha World-Herald.

Hart worked for Dow Jones for 27 years, including a term as president of the company's enterprise group. Current Infogroup CEO Bill Fairfield had said he would step down if the company is taken private, according to the newspaper.

The report comes as two financial firms, Hotchkis and Wiley Capital Management and Stonerise Capital Partners, have said Infogroup was sold at too low a price.

CCMP bought Infogroup for $635 million in March, including debt refinancing. The deal is expected to close this summer.
