Hanover to Track Nine Online Sites

Hanover Direct has selected Coremetrics' eLuminate Commerce software to analyze online customer behavior for nine sites, the cataloger said yesterday.


ELuminate Commerce will help to determine return on investment on search string referrals, affiliate relationships and banner advertisements for seven Hanover Web sites, including Domestications, Gump's By Mail, International Male, Improvements, Silhouettes, The Company Store and Undergear.


The cataloger is now in the process of implementing its Web analytics service Encore and Domestications Casa.


Hanover Direct, Weehawken, NJ, provides branded merchandise to more than 4 million consumers through its Web sites and catalogs.


Founded in 1999, Coremetrics, San Francisco, provides site tracking and measurement solutions for Web properties.
