Hacker chief Spyro Kourtis

Hacker Group, an FCB digital and direct marketing agency, announced today it would merge its operations with three specialized FCB CRM agencies in Munich, Prague, and Shanghai. All four offices will be rebranded under the HackerAgency name.

Hacker, known primarily for data-driven customer acquisition, establishes itself in the CRM sphere in the expanded organization, whose motto is “Leads to Loyalty.” Current Hacker President and CEO Spyro Kourtis will retain those duties in the new company, and Steven Horvath has been named CMO. They will report to Carter Murray, worldwide CEO of FCB.

“We found a partner that does what we do, and the chemistry was positive from the start,” said Kourtis in a release announcing the merger. “The organizational structures will remain basically the same. However, we're expanding capabilities and reach.”
