Guaranteed Marketing Initiates Call Center Operations in Arlington, TX
Guaranteed Marketing Solutions Inc., Bedford, TX, last month said it would begin operating a call center in Arlington, TX, that it has acquired from ETS TeleServices. The 5,000-square-foot facility will add 100 employees to the GMS network, which also includes call centers in Bedford and Wichita Falls, TX.Jim Tressler, CEO at GMS, said the company, which provides outsourced telephone marketing services, was considering acquiring an additional call center in East Texas.
