Group 1 Releases Canadian NCOA Software
Customer relationship management vendor Group 1 Software has released MoveForward Canada, a software solution that interfaces directly with Canada Post Corp.'s National Change of Address database and provides customers with a three-year history of residential and business moves.Nearly 20 percent of Canadians move annually, and Group 1, Lanham, MD, said businesses that monitor address changes can maintain customer relationships more effectively.
MoveForward Canada, which operates on Windows NT and Windows 2000, is updated monthly. The solution supports Canadian NCOA processing requirements, including formatting input data according to Canada Post specifications and returning standardized outputs for variables such as name, original address, new address if available and return codes.
For increased accuracy, MoveForward Canada can be integrated with Group 1's Canadian CODE-1 Plus address matching and data quality software.
