Group 1 Introduces DualCoder
Group 1 Software Inc., a Pitney Bowes company, yesterday introduced DualCoder, an address quality solution for high-volume mailers.DualCoder combines Group 1 Software's two premier CASS-certified coding solutions -- Finalist and CODE-1 Plus -- with an integration utility that automatically runs both tools.
DualCoder employs a two-step process that lets mailers produce the highest coding results possible, according to Group 1, Lanham, MD. First, an address file is processed against an identified primary coder. Any rejected addresses are processed against the secondary coder that is chosen.
This dual processing provides additional uplift and increases the coding results of processed addresses.
The product is being demonstrated at the National Postal Forum, being held in Nashville, TN, through March 23.
