Grizzard's Bass Set to Fish for Salvation Army Donors

The Grizzard Agency has promoted Sumarie Bass as vice president of its Salvation Army team.

Ms. Bass has been a direct marketing fundraising executive at Grizzard for the past seven years.

Her new responsibilities will include direct fundraising for the Salvation Army commands located throughout the eastern and southern United States, plus selected markets in the Midwest.

Ms. Bass has management responsibility for more than 100 Salvation Army offices in four states, as well as the Caribbean.

She will also devote time to professional development and mentoring account executives.

Before Grizzard, Ms. Bass worked for CARE as a direct marketing analyst, and as manger of the international relief agency's High Dollar Annual Giving Program.
