Grey Direct to Offer ITXC's Push to Talk Service for E-Mail Campaigns

ITXC Corp., Princeton, NJ, has reported that Grey eMMetrics, the e-mail marketing division of marketing agency Grey Direct, will offer its clients ITXC's Push to Talk Service for use in their e-mail campaigns.

The Push to Talk Service lets users click a button or a voice-enabled text link in an e-mail message and initiate an immediate voice call to a company's customer service center. The service establishes a real-time voice connection through any available phone or directly from a computer. ITXC routes its Push to Talk Service through its ITXC.net global voice on the Internet network.

"By taking the effort out of responding, Grey is increasing their clients' potential success rate and bottom line," said Jeff Gaus, ITXC's vice president of marketing.

Grey eMMetrics said that adding the Push to Talk Service to its design and implementation services offers clients a "unique and innovative" response option for their e-mail promotions.

"With the addition of the ITXC Push to Talk Service, we offer our clients even more sophisticated options for integrated solutions to their communications goals," said Jeanniey Mullen, eMMetrics' managing director.
