Great Lakes introduces online auction list

Great Lakes List Management is introducing to the market for the first time customer data released from an online auction site.

The file includes 5.5 million buyers of never-used overstock merchandise from the site, said Great Lakes List Management senior list manager Renate Brown.

The auction site that compiled the data is not releasing its name publicly, she said.

The file has more than 300 buyer categories and is selectable by categories such as bidding history, purchase history and amount spent.

“Therefore, if you have a mailer who wants to target garden and patio merchandise buyers with an average unit of sale of more than $100, we can do that,” Brown said in an email. “We can also offer bidders of Garden and Patio merchandise with a non-winning bid of $100 or more.”

The data cards are expected to be live on Nextmark shortly.
