Grand Expeditions Chooses Harte-Hanks

CHICAGO -- Harte-Hanks said today that Grand Expeditions will use the company's services to help analyze and better understand its customer base of high-end travelers, consolidate its customer records and increase cross-selling and new opportunities among the various travel providers.

Boca Raton, FL-based Grand Expeditions offers high-end travel experiences and is made up of eight separate online entities that provide a variety of upscale vacations. As the company began adding more specialty travel companies to its portfolio, the company's executives determined there was an opportunity to capitalize on cross-selling between the separate companies.

To increase those opportunities, Grand Expeditions will use Allink Connect, Harte-Hanks' Web-based customer relationship management software that combines professional services, custom data management and database support of Harte-Hanks with the operational CRM software capabilities of the E.Piphany E.5 system.

Harte-Hanks will also serve as a list and data selections broker for Grand Expeditions.
