GMAC Mortgage Awards Customer Care to ICT
Teleservices agency ICT Group received a three-year contract to provide customer-care services to GMAC Mortgage, ICT Group said yesterday.Financial terms were not disclosed. ICT Group, Newtown, PA, will dedicate an unspecified number of inbound telephone agents to assist GMAC customers with monthly mortgage statement questions, payments by phone and inquiries on taxes and insurance.
GMAC, Horsham, PA, is a residential mortgage servicer and originator with a portfolio of $198 billion and 2 million customers.
