Global-Z to Offer NCOA Services in Europe

Global-Z International, a bureau that processes international mailing addresses, said yesterday that it formed partnerships with Deutsche Post Adress GmbH and La Poste to provide national change of address services.

The service would let companies identify customers who changed addresses and update their database with the new address information for those customers.

Through its partnership with Deutsche Post Adress GmbH, Global-Z will provide change of address services for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, France and Belgium.

The partnership also lets Global-Z offer other address-processing services including postal validation, deduplication, deceased suppression and risk index enhancement, which allows mailers to assign credit risk scores to their database.

La Poste will use Global-Z, Bennington, VT, to provide change of address information for French citizens to mailers in North America. In compliance with the French Freedom of Information Act, only addresses of consenting persons are used.
