German DM Firm Opens
A direct marketing services company called d2m launched in Rottweil, Germany.Founded by Stephan Merz, d2m (www.d-2m.de) will offer list brokerage and management for the European and global markets. It will focus on postal and mail addresses as well as insert media.
The firm partnered with SAZ Group, a supplier of address validation, mailing optimization and international direct marketing services.
Merz, 36, spent six years handling international sales and marketing at Schober Direct Media, Ditzingen, Germany. Prior to that, he spent three years as senior project manager at international DM consultancy Direct Success GmbH.
