General Mills, Gage Partner on Fulfillment

Gage Marketing Services expanded its business-to-consumer technology platform with General Mills, the first client to use the new platform. General Mills and Gage partnered to develop a catalog fulfillment solution using Gage's Global Enterprise Management system, an integrated marketing, fulfillment, inventory management and customer care system.

General Mills' Betty Crocker and Making a Home catalogs will use the GEM catalog system to fulfill orders.

Gage has provided fulfillment services to General Mills during the past 25 years. GEM, Gage's proprietary software suite, integrates the front end of the customer relationship -- sales, catalogs, call centers -- with back-end processes such as payment, fulfillment, transportation and logistics.
