Gap names Curtis-McIntyre SVP of marketing for Old Navy

Gap Inc. has named Amy Curtis-McIntyre SVP of marketing for its Old Navy brand. She most recently served in the same role at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

She will report to Tom Wyatt, president of Old Navy, and lead all marketing initiatives for the brand, which specifically targets young mothers shopping on a budget for their families.

“It will be exciting to further evolve how we engage with our target customer by building on the strong, integrated approach between marketing and product,” Curtis-McIntyre said in a statement.

Prior to working at Hyatt, Curtis-McIntyre was a founding executive at JetBlue.

Rachel Acheson, VP of brand and marketing strategy, lead Old Navy's marketing team prior to Curtis-McIntyre's arrival.

Gap Inc. owns the Gap, Banana Republic, Piper Lime and Athleta brands.

Curtis-McIntyre was immediately unavailable for comment.
