Fund Created for List Broker After Double-Lung Transplant

A fund has been set up for longtime list broker Simone Schoevaars, who underwent a double-lung transplant March 10 at Stanford Hospital, Palo Alto, CA. Schoevaars suffers from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.

During her 15-year career in the list industry, Schoevaars did brokerage work for Direct Media's California office as well as ParadyszMatera, according to former colleague Karen Elwood, account supervisor in the San Francisco office of direct marketing agency MRM Partners.

Contributions can be sent to the Simone Schoevaars IPF Relief Fund, 125 Mazie Drive, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. Well wishes may be sent to simone@schoevaars.com.
