FTD.com Bolsters Relationship With Allant Group

The Allant Group, a provider of retail database and analytic solutions in Naperville, IL, and FTD.com, a direct marketer of flowers and specialty gifts, formally agreed to expand their business relationship.


According to Allant, FTD.com has worked with Allant over the past three years on various marketing projects, including mail processing, campaign evaluation and customer analysis and modeling.


The new agreement focuses on three objectives: optimization of customer communication, improvement of the overall customer experience and customer retention.


Allant said it would provide analysis, consulting and technology solutions to help address FTD.com's business objectives.
