Frontier Uses Jerome's DigeCards in Loyalty Program

Frontier Airlines will use digitally printed identification cards from The Jerome Group, a direct marketing production firm, in its frequent-flier program.

Frontier, Denver, has about 1 million members in its EarlyReturns program. Using Jerome's digitally printed DigeCards, Frontier will cut fulfillment time of ID cards to new members from two weeks to a few days.

DigeCards do not use preprinted card stock, eliminating costs for card storage, waste and obsolescence. Frontier will save 20 percent on card production by using DigeCards, according to The Jerome Group, St. Louis. Also, the cards have a programmable magnetic stripe that Frontier may use in future applications.
