Frequency Marketing Inc., Cincinnati, debuted a customizable loyalty rewards solution yesterday that offers a choice of different combinations of rewards to recognize, motivate and retain customers.


The Rewards Innovations program is divided into four areas, ranging from gift cards and reward certificates to travel vouchers from hotels, airlines and rental car agencies. The program also allows a company to customize its own loyalty program rewards catalog with electronics, computers, home goods and other gift items.
