Frequency Marketing Debuts FMI Loyalty Solutions Platform

Specialized marketing services company Frequency Marketing Inc., Cincinnati, made its FMI Loyalty Solutions Platform available.


FMI said the platform will allow companies to create flexibility, fully customized programs to recognize and reward their best customers and provide them with the ability to bring their programs to the marketplace in 60 to 90 days.


The platform includes customizable modules supporting facets of frequency/loyalty marketing including: Production of key reports, management of all customer transaction information, tracking customer point acquisition, development of integrated program communications and collateral materials and timely analysis of customer purchase behavior and program return on investment. FMI said the system is applicable to both consumer- and business-to-business programs of various sizes.
