France's Come&Stay SA Completes SendTec's RelationServe Buy

Direct and interactive marketing services firm SendTec Inc. closed the sale of its RelationServe e-mail marketing business.

French e-mail marketing firm Come&Stay SA bought the business, however, terms of the cash sale were not disclosed.

SendTec specializes in search engine marketing, online pay-for-performance media and direct response television advertising.
