Awards.com and T. Shipley last month announced the formation of B2B Brand Group, a marketing company that will supply products and services to business professionals.

The two said B2B Brand will include Awards.com, a resource for awards, promotional and motivational products; T. Shipley, an online/offline supplier of executive gifts, personal accessories and business products; Reliable Home Office, a supplier of furniture and other accessories for the small-office/home-office marketplace; and Durham & Co., a supplier of motivational and promotional products and awards to Fortune 1,000 companies.

Combined, the four companies generate revenue in excess of $30 million.

Mitch Rothschild, a member of the B2B Brand Group management team, said B2B Brand will act as the corporate parent with the entities merging financially while maintaining their individual brand presence.

"We are still determining the level of prominence that B2B Brand Group will have as an individual entity," he said. "The products will not be branded with the B2B Brand Group name; they will be identified as coming from one of the entities."

Awards and T. Shipley said the new group will provide customers a hassle-free shopping experience for their business, corporate gift, motivational product, employee recognition, premium, promotional product, office furnishing and décor needs.
