Former Xerox Exec Will Head Sales at USPS

Former Xerox executive Jerry Whalen was named vice president of sales at the U.S. Postal Service this week.


Whalen has nearly 30 years of sales experience. Throughout his career, Whalen has been responsible for multichannel distributions including direct and indirect sales and telemarketing.


He served in various senior management positions during a 25-year career with Xerox, including where he started as a sales trainee in 1975 before eventually rising to vice president for national sales operations, consumable supplies business.


Most recently he was senior vice president of sales for Complient Corp., Solon, OH, a provider of outsourced, emergency medical response solutions.
