Former Fiserv CEO Launches New Company
George Dalton, former chairman/CEO of data processing and information management systems provider Fiserv, this month formed a new call center company, Call_Solutions.com, Waukesha, WI.Call_Solutions.com has acquired call center operators GLS Direct Inc., Philadelphia, and Advantage Line Marketing Inc., Williston, ND. The two companies own seven call centers combined, containing 550 workstations with more than 900 employees and approximately $20 million in annual revenue.
Dalton retired as chairman of Fiserv, Brookfield, WI, earlier this year. His new company said it plans to increase its client base and grow externally through future call center acquisitions.
