Former Euro RSCG Meridian Execs Form Consultancy

Four former executives of management consulting firm Euro RSCG Meridian have formed Interscope, a sales and marketing consultancy for consumer goods companies, the new firm announced yesterday.


Interscope, Southport, CT, unites four principals with backgrounds in sales, marketing and category management for consumer goods and services companies.


Alison Chaltas began her career with Procter & Gamble in sales and customer marketing before becoming a vice president at Euro RSCG Meridian. Sal Fiordelisi honed his skills in new product development and brand management at P&G, Nestle and Unilever before moving to Euro RSCG Meridian.


Carol Lauer joined Meridian from Kraft, where she held positions in brand management and strategic sales force integration. Gary Schanzer was an executive consultant at Euro RSCG Meridian and a vice president at IRI, where he focused on the application of creative analytics to meet client business challenges and identify unique growth avenues.
