Former Disney Exec Becomes Shop.com CEO

Former Disney Online executive Ken Goldstein takes over as CEO of Shop.com, an online marketplace that claims 1 million unique visitors a day.

Mr. Goldstein most recently was executive vice president and managing director of Disney Online, where he ran the entertainment giant's online efforts.

His mandate is to make Shop.com a household name.

Shop.com founder Lee Lorenzen gives up his CEO title, but retains chairman. Co-founder Bruce Sellers is still president of the Monterey, CA, company.
