Firstlogic Certified as NCOALink Provider

Firstlogic Inc. has been awarded certification as an interface developer and distributor to support the NCOALink program from the U.S. Postal Service.

NCOALink replaces the National Change of Address and FASTforward Mailing List Correction products that mailers use to update mailing lists with one product designed to give developers and distributors more convenient, secure access to address data.

NCOALink technology replaces NCOA on Sept. 30 of this year and FASTforward Mailing List Correction on Sept. 30, 2005.

Firstlogic's Mover I.D. technology, which provides single-pass processing for both address cleansing and Move Update processing, will be certified to meet NCOALink requirements.

The USPS defined three user types of NCOALink with different pricing structures: End-User Mailer, Limited Service Provider and Full Service Provider. Firstlogic's solution will support all three levels of NCOALink.

Firstlogic, La Crosse, WI, is one of three companies certified to offer this technology to mailers. The others are Group 1, Lanham, MD, and BCC Software Inc., Rochester, NY.
