Fingerhut to Provide Internet Order Fulfillment for Wal-Mart, eToys

Fingerhut Business Services Inc., the warehousing and distribution arm of direct marketer Fingerhut Cos. Inc., Minnetonka, MN, yesterday said it would begin providing Internet order fulfillment services for retailer Wal-Mart and for Web-based toy marketer eToys. The financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.


Fingerhut said it would provide the services from its facilities in Provo, UT, Minnesota and Tennessee.


The two companies join a roster of 22 other companies for which Fingerhut, which was acquired earlier this year by Federated Department Stores Inc., Cincinnati, provides fulfillment services.
