Fincentric Revenues Skyrocket 285 Percent

Fincentric Corp., a provider of Web-based financial services software, yesterday announced revenues of $10 million for the first quarter, which ended March 31. The figure represents a 285 percent increase compared with $2.6 million earned in the same quarter last year.


Fincentric's i-Wealthview wealth management software lets financial institutions offer online multichannel banking services, online brokerage and Web-based insurance services.


Fincentric said it has 350 financial institutions as clients and serves seven of the 25 largest international banks. The company, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, recently established a partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide the firm with its software.


Fincentric, which was previously Prologic Corp., changed its name in March.
