FCL Graphics Buys Graphics Group
FCL Graphics, a direct marketing printer, acquired certain assets of The Graphics Group, a regional sheetfed printer based in Bensenville, IL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.FCL Graphics, Harwood Heights, IL, produces direct mail for retailers, financial services and direct mail brokerages as well as catalogs, newspaper inserts and other printed material. The acquisition provides FCL with expanded pre-press and print capabilities and state-of-the-art Internet-based print management systems, a company spokeswoman said.
