Farmers Group Opens Kansas Call Center

Farmers Insurance Group, Baltimore, said it will open a new claims call center in Olathe, KS, in April 2001. The 80,000-square-foot facility will employ nearly 500 and will operate around-the-clock. The company also is planning to open a call center in Oklahoma City.
