Far Hills Group picks MarketBuilders, Saratoga for CRM

Far Hills Group LLC, specialists in alternative strategies for institutional investors, has licensed MarketBuilders CRM for Investment Management.

MarketBuilders is based in Waltham, MA. CRM solutions provider Saratoga Systems is based in Campbell, CA. More than one third of the top 50 investment management firms in the United States use Saratoga CRM.

MarketBuilders specializes in customizing and implementing Saratoga CRM for investment managers, including asset management, alternative investments or hedge funds, funds of funds, mutual funds and other financial services.

MarketBuilders' CRM for Investment Management template works with Saratoga CRM to deliver a turnkey solution that can be customized to meet specific requirements. CRM for Investment Management powered by Saratoga CRM gives customers consolidated customer information, providing easy and secure access to data for activity management, opportunity management, client service, consultant relations, marketing support, compliance and reporting and analysis.

New York City-based Far Hills Group, for example, was interested in a more robust CRM system than the one it had in place. Since Far Hills is a marketing alternative investment strategies business, its CRM activity is focused on managing both its relationships with prospective institutional investors as well as the hedge funds that may be interested in its distribution capabilities.

Saratoga said MarketBuilders' CRM template would allow the company to customize the Saratoga CRM platform to track important details for both of these important constituencies that form the backbone of Far Hills' business.
