Experian to launch enhanced university CRM program

Experian and CedarCrestone have partnered to create an updated version of Experian QAS for Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The platform helps colleges and universities conduct CRM initiatives.

The updated platform, which will be released early next month, makes it easier for college admissions and alumni departments to share data. Traditionally, admissions departments focus on acquisition, while alumni departments concentrate on retention.

“For a university, it becomes much easier to bind front-end address validation on your student enrollment Web sites to your back-office functions,” said Joel Curry, COO of Experian QAS.

Clients of Experian QAS for PeopleSoft include Western Ontario University and the University of Texas at Arlington.
