Experian Teams on Credit-Decision Tool

Experian, Costa Mesa, CA, announced yesterday that it partnered with credit management software firm LiveCapital to create DecisionOne, a Web-based credit-decisioning and account management tool for midsize to large businesses.


The tool combines Experian's business credit database and account management capabilities with LiveCapital's technology to let users automate and streamline the process of credit decisions. Users can set up criteria for new and existing customers regarding credit in order to improve efficiency, increase sales and reduce risk, Experian said.


In addition to Experian's credit database, DecisionOne also uses other Experian data as well as its commercial and small business Intelliscore models and third-party credit and demographic data.
