Experian, R.R. Donnelley Extend Strategic Relationship

Experian will provide integrated customer relationship management services to R.R. Donnelley, Chicago, under a long-term strategic alliance announced Friday.

Through this agreement, R.R. Donnelley will offer its customers multi-channel customer relationship management solutions, including database system development and maintenance, list processing, customer data integration, analytics and information delivery.
