Experian Debuts BTB Analysis Tool

ATLANTA -- Experian introduced the Business Market Analyzer, a tool designed to help business-to-business marketers analyze their own customers and improve prospecting. The tool debuted today at DMA·05.


Business Market Analyzer lets clients have their customer data hosted at Experian and matched with Experian's National Business Database of 16 million U.S. businesses. Then data from the National Business Database are appended to the customer data. The tool also has modeling and scoring capabilities.


"Business Market Analyzer combines prospects and customers together, and the purpose of the tool is to help marketers address three challenges they have in their BTB marketing: understanding who their customers are, understanding their market and their prospects and combining the intelligence they gain from their customer data to better identify their most profitable prospect segments," said Denise Hopkins, senior director of business marketing solutions at Experian, Costa Mesa, CA.


The tool is geared toward BTB marketers focused on outbound marketing, she said.


Business Market Analyzer is available at subscription pricing based on number of users and volume of data.
