Experian Buys Credit Bureau
Experian announced its acquisition yesterday of Credit Data Services Inc., Springfield, MA.Prior to the acquisition, CDS had an affiliate credit bureau relationship with Experian. It operates in western Massachusetts, Vermont and Connecticut and will continue to serve current clients, Experian said.
The acquisition also lets CDS offer its customers access to Experian products and services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
