ExactTarget to Kick Off Summer Conference Tour

E-mail software provider ExactTarget is taking its e-mail conference on tour this summer to four U.S. cities.

The Indianapolis firm will hold the regional user conferences in Atlanta, Boston, Minneapolis and Huntington Beach, CA. These events are aimed at educating marketers on how to use permission-based e-mail.

Last year's conferences drew more than 2,000 participants at 18 events.

Anne Holland, president of MarketingSherpa Inc., will be the keynote speaker at the Boston conference. In Huntington Beach, Josh Linkner, CEO of the ePrize interactive promotions agency, will keynote.

Aaron Kahlow, managing partner of business-to-business Internet marketing firm BusinessOL, will keynote the conferences in Atlanta and Minneapolis.

The ExactTarget conferences are open to anyone with management responsibility in marketing and sales, as well as to professionals at interactive marketing agencies.

The dates and locations are: Aug. 3, Minneapolis; Aug. 17, Huntington Beach, CA; Aug. 24, Boston; Aug. 31, Atlanta.
