Everdream Gets End-to-End Tracking Technology
E-fulfillment systems provider Datasweep Inc. said Monday that its technology will be used by online computer retailer Everdream Corp. to track business from order placement through manufacturing and delivery.Datasweep Advantage links Everdream's Web site to back-end manufacturing operations for its computers. With the technology, Mountain View, CA-based Everdream also gains build-to-order production, overall technical support and post-sales service systems.
With the system, customers place an order through Everdream's online sales configurator. After the order specifications are recorded, the order information is simultaneously sent to Datasweep, San Jose, CA. Financial terms were not disclosed.
