Euro RSCG Retail Debuts Loyalty Shop

Euro RSCG Retail, an ad agency for retailers, launched a customer loyalty division to serve the retail industry.


The Dallas agency hired Craig J. Staley as vice president and director of database marketing to head this new practice. He will develop integrated loyalty programs to boost retail clients' customer acquisition and retention efforts.


Staley previously was vice president of database programs for Blockbuster Inc. He oversaw Blockbuster's rewards program, the video rental chain's No. 3 source for revenue, which also is the world's largest fee-based loyalty program.
