eTracks Tracks Down E-Mail Recipients

eTracks.com a division of Learn2.com, White Plains, NY, has launched a tracking solution, called AdaptiveProxy Tracking, which tracks e-mail recipients when responding to a URL within an e-mail broadcast. The solutions will allow clients to extract details from their customized reports to directly measure the ROI on their e-mail marketing initiatives.

APT monitors a recipient as he clicks through a client's Web site and either purchases a product/service or exits the site based on time-outs or distractions. According to Learn2.com, APT answers questions for retailers, such as whether the recipient followed the intended path; whether the recipient purchased products/services; and whether the client's Web site was intuitive and interactive enough to maintain the customer's attention.
