EShare Adds Lipstream Voice Technology to Software Suite
Lipstream, an Internet voice service provider based in Cupertino, CA, agreed yesterday to provide its PC-to-PC Live Voice software as part of the NetAgent Customer Interaction Suite of eShare Technologies, Atlanta.The voice-enabled software will allow Web sites' customers to speak live with support representatives over the Internet.
