Epsilon to Manage DM for TruGreen ChemLawn

Alliance Data Systems Corp., Dallas, a provider of transaction, credit and marketing services, said March 3 that Epsilon Data Management Inc. was chosen to provide marketing services for lawn and landscape company TruGreen ChemLawn, Memphis, TN.


Epsilon, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliance in 2004, is a relationship marketing company. Services include data analysis, multichannel direct communications and database marketing. TruGreen is a subsidiary of ServiceMaster, Downers Grove, IL, a $3.6 billion provider of outsourcing services to 10.5 million residential and commercial customers nationwide.


Epsilon will provide direct marketing services to aid in customer acquisition this year. They include statistical test design and results analysis, package production and logistics services as well as a Web-based mail tracking system for TruGreen ChemLawn's lead generation program.
