Epsilon Tapped as MSP for Epilepsy Foundation

The Epilepsy Foundation has selected Epsilon, a marketing solutions provider, to develop and implement the organization's direct marketing program for private donations.

Epsilon will strengthen donor relationships through personalized communications. It also will plan and execute a renewal program as well as drive and manage supporting programs, including acquisition, subscriptions and online fundraising.

The foundation expects Epsilon's marketing solution to generate information-driven decisions that increase the donor base and donor contributions.

The relationship will begin with a comprehensive analysis of the foundation's legacy program, an audit of creative methodology and the formulation of the foundation's business and marketing objectives and priorities for the next year. While the existing program is primarily delivered offline, Epsilon will continue to evolve the foundation's online campaign efforts.

"Epsilon has a long-standing history of producing extraordinary results for not-for-profit organizations," said Eric Hargis, CEO of the Epilepsy Foundation. "We chose an MSP because we needed a partner beyond the strategy-hatching stage, one that would commit to implementing its recommendations and have the marketing and technological resources to deliver measurable growth."

The Epilepsy Foundation is a national charitable organization composed of more than 60 affiliates that offer awareness programs and assistance to individuals with epilepsy and their families.
