Epsilon Joins Siebel Alliance Program
Marketing services provider Epsilon said that it has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as an ASP Partner to provide marketing and technology services and applications to shared clients.Siebel Systems Inc, San Mateo, CA, is an eBusiness applications software provider. Epsilon, Burlington, MA, will offer services incorporating Siebel Marketing. Epsilon said the service helps empower its clients to become better marketers.
"Increasingly, success in CRM in general and marketing automation in particular revolves around the strategies that become possible with the technology now available," said Scott Nelson, vice president and research director of Gartner, a research firm in Stamford, CT.
