Epsilon Debuts E-One Solution
Direct marketer Epsilon, Burlington, MA, has introduced a solution called e-one, which it expects will help online retailers obtain significant Web data and use it to better build relationships with consumers. The solution, announced this week, allows marketers to capture information about site visitors, mine existing data sources for historical behavioral data and deliver relevant, personal content and targeted communications.
Tools featured in the solution include e-interact, an engine that handles transactions; e-filter, which collects and filters data; e-intellect, which performs analytic and customer profiling; and e-mart, which personalizes queues of targeted content for visitors. The solution can be integrated with Epsilon's Campaign Manager, a product used to drive direct marketing campaigns on the Web via traditional marketing channels.
