E.piphany Now Fully Integrated with RightPoint

E.piphany announced today the culmination of its $400 million acquisition of RightPoint having fully integrated its E.4 System with RightPoint's real-time personalization capabilities.

The latest version of E.4, which began shipping March 27, combines RightPoint's real-time targeting capabilities with E.piphany's existing customer analysis and campaign management features.

Previously, the E.4 suite of products provided marketers with just data integration, analysis and campaign management capabilities. Now E.piphany's data management solutions can be used in conjunction with RightPoint's real-time personalization technology.

Driven by demographic, transactional, account and click-through information, E.4's online personalization functionality will be greatly improved, according to the company, as clients' offline and online data can now be successfully combined.

Nissan North America, eGroups and PeoplePC have signed on to use the latest suite E.4 applications.

E.piphany completed the acquisition of RightPoint in January.
