Enviz Signs Co-Marketing Deal With Keynote Systems

Enviz Inc., which analyzes and measures online user attitudes and behavior, today is to announce that it has become an affiliate partner of Keynote Systems Inc., San Mateo, CA, as part of a co-marketing agreement.

Online business customers will have access to Keynote's benchmarking, testing and application performance management services.

These customers also will be able to use Enviz's patent-pending technology for measuring Web site performance from the perspective of real users interacting with a site.

"The combination of performance management solutions from Keynote and adaptive behavioral and attitudinal models from Enviz enables enterprises to bridge the gap between the application and the human aspects of performance management," Mark Drummond, CEO of Enviz, Redwood City, CA, said in a statement.

Founded in 1995, Keynote benchmarks, diagnoses, tests and manages e-business applications inside and outside the firewall for more than 2,600 corporate information technology departments, Web hosting companies and Internet service providers worldwide.

Earlier this month, Global Sports Inc., which handles online stores for retail, sporting, media and entertainment brands, tapped Enviz's Enviz Insight EX enterprise software to enhance the customer experience of the sites it operates.

Enviz Insight will help secure live customer interaction data, offer adaptive models and behavior analysis and allow context-based questioning to gauge user intent and satisfaction. According to the company, Enviz Insight will let Global Sports capture quality of experience from user interaction points like online ads, Web pages or e-mails.

Based in King of Prussia, PA, Global Sports soon will change its name to GSI Sports Inc. The company manages online stores for brands like Blades, Modell's, Progolf.com, LPGA.com and the San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos.
